About this integration

Tyler Technologies provides computer aided dispatch software that public safety agencies across the U.S. use to manage call intake, unit assignment, and incident records.

The integration sends calls for service from Tyler CAD to BRINC LiveOps, including the call location. A telepilot can then launch a drone to the call from LiveOps.

Dispatchers keep working in the CAD they know. Telepilots get the call location without retyping an address, and responding officers can get a live view before they arrive.

Available now. Setup is coordinated with your Tyler CAD administrator and the BRINC onboarding team.

How It Works

1. Your Tyler CAD administrator and the BRINC onboarding team connect Tyler CAD to BRINC LiveOps.
2. New calls for service appear in the LiveOps dispatch queue with the call location included.
3. A telepilot launches a drone to the call from LiveOps.

Requirements

Tyler Technologies CAD in use at your agency or dispatch center.

A BRINC LiveOps account with admin access.

A BRINC drone set up for Drone as First Responder operations, such as Guardian or Responder.
