This year we’re putting our latest innovations on display, and letting agencies test the capabilities right at our booth. That includes in-person looks at our robotic battery swapping systems, next gen camera and the ability to fly a real DFR mission from our booth.

No, walk-ins are welcome any time the exhibit hall is open. Scheduling ahead guarantees dedicated time with the right person for your agency, and it is the best way to secure a flight slot.

Yes. Note the size of your group in the form so we can plan seating and flight time accordingly.

You take the controls. A BRINC pilot walks you through launching, navigating to a simulated call, and landing, the same way an agency would run a live DFR response. No flight experience needed. Sessions run about 20 minutes, and we can pair you with a pilot to walk you through it all.

You’ll be operating a real drone flying out of our headquarters in Seattle, WA, from our booth in Orlando.

Flying. The mission runs on a live controller in a real environment, with a BRINC pilot beside you the whole time.

A guided walk through the full BRINC DFR system: Guardian, Responder, their stations, and the LiveOps software your Real Time Center (RTC) uses to run missions. Along the way you will meet the people who build and support the products. Plan for 20 to 30 minutes.

A working session, not a sales pitch. A BRINC program specialist sits down with you to map your coverage area, call volume, and staffing model to a DFR deployment. You leave with a first draft of what a program could look like for your agency, including station placement, response times, and rough budget. Plan for about 30 minutes, and bring the core team structuring your program internally.

Yes. Many agencies book a Booth Tour or flight first, then schedule a Program Design Meeting the same day or the next. Submit a separate request for each, or mention both in one and we will build the schedule for you.

Yes. Guardian and Guardian Station are set up on the booth floor with the full camera and station walkthrough. If you want dedicated time with it, select the Booth Tour or DFR Program Design Meeting and note Guardian in your request.
