Work at BRINC

The BRINC Journey

The 2017 Las Vegas shooting led our young founder, Blake Resnick, down the path to start BRINC. At just 17, Blake saw the potential for technology to prevent similar tragedies in the future.

Blake quickly reached out to local Las Vegas law enforcement and – for 6 months – lived the challenge as he rode alongside first responders.

From this experience, BRINC was founded in 2021 and its first product, the LEMUR drone, was born.

Today, BRINC has expanded to a diverse team of over 100 team members, all with a single purpose: to imagine and build American-made technologies that protect first responders and people in situations of real-world danger
