Sun Ridge Systems builds RIMS, an integrated CAD and records platform used by more than 200 public safety agencies across California.
RIMS sends calls for service to BRINC LiveOps, including call details and location. Telepilots can launch a drone to the call without retyping an address.
A drone can be overhead early in a call, giving officers a live view of the scene before they arrive. Dispatchers keep working in RIMS the whole time.
Available now. Setup is coordinated between Sun Ridge Systems and the BRINC onboarding team.
