This integration forwards calls for service from Southern Software CAD into BRINC LiveOps, including the call location. Telepilots can launch a drone to a live call without reentering details.

A drone overhead early in a call gives officers a clearer picture before they arrive. Dispatchers keep working in the CAD they already use.

How It Works

1. Your Southern Software administrator and the BRINC onboarding team connect your CAD to BRINC LiveOps.
2. Calls for service appear in the LiveOps dispatch queue with location details included.
3. A telepilot launches a drone and shares the live view with responding units.
