CAD vendors and alert platforms can use it to offer Drone as First Responder capability to their customers, with the location of each call sent to LiveOps.

Agencies can add drone response to the dispatch system they already run. Vendors get a defined path to send calls into LiveOps.

How It Works

1. Contact the BRINC team to request API access for your account.
2. Your system sends calls for service, with location, to the BRINC CAD API.
3. Calls appear in LiveOps, ready for a telepilot to launch a drone.

A BRINC LiveOps account with API access enabled.

A dispatch or alerting system able to send calls through the API.

A BRINC drone set up for Drone as First Responder operations.
