Live911 by HigherGround streams live 911 call audio and caller location to first responders, so they hear the call as it happens instead of a summary.

Live911 streams 911 call audio to responders. With BRINC LiveOps, teleoperators can hear the call while the drone is en route, and officers can watch the live drone video once it arrives.

Hearing the caller’s tone and details matters most on unclear or evolving calls, such as domestic disturbances and welfare checks. It helps teams choose the right response.

Available now for agencies running Live911. Setup is coordinated with HigherGround and BRINC.

How It Works

1. HigherGround and the BRINC onboarding team connect Live911 to BRINC LiveOps.
2. When ShotSpotter detects gunfire, the alert appears in the LiveOps dispatch queue with its location.
3. A telepilot launches a drone and listens to the call. Officers view the live drone video once it arrives.

Requirements

An active Live911 subscription at your agency or 911 center.

A BRINC LiveOps account with admin access.

A BRINC drone set up for Drone as First Responder operations, such as Guardian or Responder.
