Dedicated Customer Experience Manager

Each agency that is part of the Safeguard Program is assigned a dedicated Customer Experience Manager. Your Manager will act as your primary contact with BRINC, providing white glove service and eliminating the need for generic support numbers.

Included Training

Upon receiving your LEMUR 2 drones, the BRINC training team will fly to your location for a ground school training. This includes education on how to use your LEMUR drone, rapidly deploy hardware and operate in simulated scenarios. Additionally, the team is available for virtual training sessions that walk you through the use of BRINC LiveOps, BRINC Pilot and more.
