About this integration

The BRINC CAD API lets dispatch and detection systems send calls for service into BRINC LiveOps, where teams can launch a drone to the call..

CAD vendors and alert platforms can use it to offer Drone as First Responder capability to their customers, with the location of each call sent to LiveOps.

Agencies can add drone response to the dispatch system they already run. Vendors get a defined path to send calls into LiveOps.

Available to CAD vendors and alert platforms. Contact BRINC to request access.

Benefits

How It Works

  1. Contact the BRINC team to request API access for your account.
  2. Your system sends calls for service, with location, to the BRINC CAD API.
  3. Calls appear in LiveOps, ready for a telepilot to launch a drone.

Requirements

A BRINC LiveOps account with API access enabled.

A dispatch or alerting system able to send calls through the API.

A BRINC drone set up for Drone as First Responder operations.

About this integration

The BRINC Telemetry API provides live drone data from BRINC LiveOps, such as position and flight status, for use in partner applications.

It lets airspace awareness and situational awareness tools show BRINC drones alongside other data. Access is set up with the BRINC team.

Agencies can see drone positions on the maps and tools they already use. Partners can add live BRINC drone data to their products through a defined interface.

Available to partners and agencies. Contact BRINC to request access.

Benefits

How It Works

  1. Contact the BRINC team to request API access for your account.
  2. Connect your system to live telemetry for the BRINC drones in your account.
  3. Drone position and status update in your application during flights.

Requirements

A BRINC LiveOps account with API access enabled.

An application or platform that can consume the telemetry stream.

Available for BRINC drones connected to LiveOps.

About this integration

The BRINC Video API gives approved partners and agencies encrypted live video streams from BRINC drones, for use in other systems.

Bring the drone’s view into a real-time Center platform, video management system, or custom application. Access is set up with the BRINC team.

Agencies can put aerial video wherever their teams already work. Partners can add live BRINC drone video to their products through a defined interface.

Available to partners and agencies. Contact BRINC to request access.

Benefits

How It Works

  1. Contact the BRINC team to request API access for your account.
  2. Connect your system to the live video stream for each BRINC drone.
  3. Live drone video appears in your platform whenever a drone is streaming.

Requirements

A BRINC LiveOps account with API access enabled.

A system that can receive live video streams.

A BRINC drone with live streaming, such as Guardian or Responder.

About this integration

Microsoft Entra ID, previously known as Azure Active Directory, is Microsoft’s cloud identity and access management service. Agencies can use it to manage staff accounts and sign-in.

BRINC LiveOps can be set up for single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID, so users sign in with their agency credentials. Setup details and how it works with LiveOps login security are confirmed with the BRINC team.

IT teams can manage sign-in from one place, and users have one less password to remember.

Contact BRINC to confirm availability and set up SSO with your IT administrator.

Benefits

How It Works

  1. Your IT administrator and the BRINC team set up Microsoft Entra ID as the sign-in provider for LiveOps.
  2. Users sign in to LiveOps with their agency account through single sign-on.
  3. Your IT team manages sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID, with one less password for users.

Requirements

Microsoft Entra ID at your agency.

A BRINC LiveOps account with admin access.

An Entra ID administrator to complete setup.

About this integration

CAL Analytics is an Ohio company that provides UAS traffic management (UTM) and airspace services, including for the Ohio statewide Drone as First Responder program.

CAL Analytics provides UTM services for Ohio’s statewide DFR program. The integration is intended to send live BRINC drone position data from LiveOps into its airspace picture.

Knowing where drones are supports coordination with other airspace users. That matters most for programs scaling regionally.

In progress. Setup is coordinated between CAL Analytics and the BRINC team.

Benefits

How It Works

  1. The BRINC team enables telemetry access for CAL Analytics on your BRINC LiveOps account.
  2. During each flight, drone position data is sent to CAL Analytics.
  3. Your airspace picture shows BRINC drones alongside other traffic for deconfliction.

Requirements

An active CAL Analytics UTM service agreement.

A BRINC LiveOps account with API access enabled.

Position sharing is in progress. Flight volume support is in testing.

About this integration

Live911 by HigherGround streams live 911 call audio and caller location to first responders, so they hear the call as it happens instead of a summary.

Live911 streams 911 call audio to responders. With BRINC LiveOps, teleoperators can hear the call while the drone is en route, and officers can watch the live drone video once it arrives.

Hearing the caller’s tone and details matters most on unclear or evolving calls, such as domestic disturbances and welfare checks. It helps teams choose the right response.

Available now for agencies running Live911. Setup is coordinated with HigherGround and BRINC.

Benefits

How It Works

  1. HigherGround and the BRINC onboarding team connect Live911 to BRINC LiveOps.
  2. When ShotSpotter detects gunfire, the alert appears in the LiveOps dispatch queue with its location.
  3. A telepilot launches a drone and listens to the call. Officers view the live drone video once it arrives.

Requirements

An active Live911 subscription at your agency or 911 center.

A BRINC LiveOps account with admin access.

A BRINC drone set up for Drone as First Responder operations, such as Guardian or Responder.
